Prairie Self Storage is located at 64049 393 Ave East, Okotoks, Alberta T1S0L1.
We are located in the Warner Business Park, a few minutes East of the Okotoks Costco, just off Highway 7 and Highway 2.
What are the access hours?
Access the facility DAILY 5am to 11pm. No phone calls ahead or appointments.

What type of leases are offered?
Monthly leases are available for as long as you require the unit. We will prorate the first month of your unit rental if you are not moving in on the 1st of the month.
*Please note we do not pro-rate when you move out.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month for all units, regardless on when someone moves in.

What security features do you offer?
We offer 24-hour video surveillance, building alarm systems, electronic gate access, and perimeter fencing.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid driver’s license.
Do you offer insurance?
Generally, We do not provide tenant insurance but highly recommend that you get your own insurance.

What discounts do you provide for annual rent?
Pay for 11 months up front and get your 12th month free - on all units! The fee must be paid upfront and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please email us at info@prairieselfstorage.ca to reserve and pay annually.
Do you offer car storage inside storage units?
Yes, we do! The opening door dimensions are 104" wide x 80" tall. Unit lengths vary - feel free to reach out to determine the best unit for your car.
What do I do when I move out?
Please clean and sweep out your unit. Call (403) 995-9008 or email us at info@prairieselfstorage.ca to let us know when you are leaving.
